2. Audit Scope. Workflow audits cover warehouse logistics, assembly line mechanical bottlenecks, and scheduling frameworks as explicitly outlined in the engagement letter. Any additional operational areas require a separate written agreement.
3. Employee Manuals. Designed structures and logical scheduling frameworks are based on information provided by the client. Valeo Solutions does not guarantee compliance with local labor laws or industry-specific regulations unless expressly stated in the contract.
4. Scheduling Frameworks. Proposed scheduling models are analytical recommendations. Actual outcomes depend on client-specific variables including workforce availability, equipment condition, and external supply chain factors.
5. Limitation of Liability. Valeo Solutions shall not be held liable for operational losses, production delays, or any indirect damages arising from the implementation or non-implementation of our recommendations.
6. Confidentiality. All client data, process documentation, and audit findings are treated as confidential. Third-party disclosure requires prior written consent from the client.
7. Amendments. These terms may be updated with 30 days written notice. Continued engagement after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
